Our specialists
Choose a specialism to discover its role in our shared work.
They help children develop physical abilities, coordination, endurance, self-confidence and teamwork. Through sport, children learn to overcome challenges, celebrate achievements and discover their own possibilities.
They help children perceive and process sensory information, develop coordination, body awareness and self-regulation skills. Sessions are adapted to each child’s individual sensory needs.
Through music and movement, they help children develop coordination, a sense of rhythm, flexibility, self-confidence and the ability to work with others. Here, every movement is a chance for self-expression.
They support the development of cognitive processes, thinking, attention, memory, learning and everyday skills, helping each child move forward at their own pace.
They create a space of trust and emotional safety, helping children understand their feelings and develop communication, interaction and emotional self-regulation skills. They also support parents along the way.
They help develop speech, communication skills, understanding of spoken language and the ability to express personal needs and thoughts. Every child deserves to be heard.
They use the principles of applied behaviour analysis to develop useful skills, communication, independence and social interaction. The work takes the child’s needs, abilities and wellbeing into account.
They help children gradually develop the skills needed for learning: attention, memory, thinking, early mathematical concepts, foundations for reading and writing, independence and readiness for the school environment.
Through theatre, play and creativity, they help children express emotions and develop imagination, confidence, communication and the ability to interact with others.
They introduce children to the world of sounds, rhythms and melodies. Music sessions support creativity, attention, emotional self-expression and shared activities.
They create opportunities for self-expression through drawing, modelling and other art forms, helping children explore their emotions, develop imagination and discover new ways to connect with the world.
The team at NGO “Iskra v Tobi” is our heart, our strength and our greatest asset.
We have brought together people from different professions, inspired by a shared goal: helping children discover their abilities, overcome challenges, make friends, believe in themselves and experience the joy of every new achievement.
Our specialists are more than professionals in their fields. They see the person beyond developmental differences, great victories in small steps, and boundless potential in every child.
We know that no two children are alike. Each has their own personality, pace of development, needs, dreams and talents. That is why our work is grounded in an individual approach, respect, patience, support and a genuine belief in every child’s abilities.
We believe the best opportunities for a child’s development arise when specialists from different fields work together and complement one another.
Sport, sensory integration, psychological support, speech and language development, learning and creativity are all parts of one shared space where children can grow in every way.
We do not compare children with one another. We recognise each child’s personal achievements.
For us, the journey matters as much as the outcome: a first attempt, a first independent step, a new word, a new friend, joining a shared game for the first time or finding the courage to try something unfamiliar.
We understand how important it is for parents to know that their child is accepted, understood and supported.
That is why we strive to build open, trusting partnerships with families. We want every family to feel they are not facing their challenges alone, and that people are there to support them, offer guidance and celebrate successes together.
Iskra v Tobi is more than a team of specialists. We are people united by our belief in children, love for our work and desire to make the world a better place.
We do not promise every journey will be easy. But we believe that with respect, support, a professional approach and shared effort, every child can discover new possibilities.
Everyone has a spark of their own.
Together, we help it shine.
